1.       Educational criteria:

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. An educated person is potent enough to bring about constructive changes in the society through his flexible and open minded thinking and positive approach. According to the reports, an educated person can run the country in a better and more efficient way than a person who is uneducated.
